At Waterboy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
